Discrimination

Im writing this on behalf of my father in law who has a best buy account and credit card. Unfortunately he had a horrible and unpleasant discrimination issue at a best buy location today 7/13/20(1875 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096). He was trying to pay the balance due on his bill at the store and a rep told him he couldn't enter because it was 6pm closing time(which is understandable) but the rep proceeded to let another guest in after tell him otherwise. My father in law after working a hard day at work in the sun was absolutely disappointed by what happened to him at best buy.He did pay his entire balance online but he will no longer be a customer of your. Just want to share a very unpleasant incident at your location, thank you for your time.

Welcome to the forum, though I wish you had found us under better circumstances. You're reaching out on your father-in-law's behalf regarding his experience at our Duluth, GA store is incredibly kind. We aim to provide courteous and professional experiences to each and every customer, so hearing your father-in-law may not have been allowed in to pay his credit card bill at closing while others were allowed in is not at all the experience we want for our customers. I apologize that this was his experience, and that it may have impacted whether he will patron our stores again. Should your father-in-law like to register with the forum to reach out regarding this directly, I would love the opportunity to further review this and gather additional information.
