Disappointed Sale price not honored

I have been a longtime best buy customer, purchasing everything from TV's, gaming consoles,computuers, cameras to a washer and dryer and many other items for over a decade. I have never been disappointed in the service, quality or deals available.
However, I am disappointed now. I was in the store on suday Feb 3rd looking at a VIZIO P series 65 inch tv. I was willing to purchase this TV as it was priced well at $899. However, i was unable to take the tv home that day due to being in a small car. I was not offered delivery or shipping. However, I was told that i could come back with my pickup early this week and the price would still be in effect.
Therefore I left with a plan to return on tuesday Feb 5th when off work.
To my surprise the TV had gone up $300 dollars in price and I was told that the price i was quoted on Sunday would not be honored!. I am absoulutely disapppointed in this customer service because if i had been told the price was going to change I could have at least made the order and set up a pick up time. However, this was not the case and now I am quite irritated and disappointed in BEST BUY. You have always taken care of your customers but now I guess I will have to rethink my future business due to this interaction.

I can understand needing to return at a later date to pick up the TV. I apologize if there was maybe some kind of miscommunication between our employees as you were told different things during your two separate store visits. That being said, I'd like to dig into this a little further to see what might have happened here and what we can possibly do moving forward.
