Disappointed Customer Service

Started shopping with my mother at the Best Buy on 23rd & 6th ave in NYC and we were standing around the PC/Laptop section for 10 mins. Julian and Erick looked at us, but continued to play on their phones. I asked about the Surface Pro and they didn’t say too much. Very disappointed in Best Buy, as I purchase a variety of electronics for all of my friends and family members.
