So I purchased a new laptop charger from Best Buy yesterday. I gave the cashier my information (name, address, email), and I chose to have my receipt sent to my email. I still haven't received it.
I want to return my purchase since I was overcharged (the charger was discounted to 46.99 on the box), and my total ended up being 63.00. And my laptop still has issues with charging despite using the new cord ( I have to plug it in a certain way to be able to charge).
