Didn't receive freebie from order

I'm not sure if anyone can help me or not but I made a rather large purchase at the store and amongst those items was a television that came (or was supposed to come) with an Amazon echo dot and 2 digital downloads. Well, they didn't have my TV in store so it was shipped to me instead. Fast forward to today, and I received my TV but no Amazon echo dot or the digital downloads that was supposed to come with it. I've made several calls to customer service and after being transferred to 3-4 other departments, I was told that I have to physically go to the store that I made my purchase to get this resolved. I don't think I should have to go all the way back to the store (I have a 2 year old with autism and going anywhere with him is a triumph in itself) and use up my gas in my car for a mistake that was done in no fault of my own. It's pretty frustrating not being able to handle this remotely as other companies have stepped up their game as far as remote customer service and transactions go, due to COVID-19. I don't think that this should be an issue considering I have my receipt, and the online ad clearly states that the products come with the purchase. So frustrating!

Thank you for checking in with us. It is always exciting when a bonus item comes with a purchase, so I understand why you’d want to be sure you receive what you qualified for. While going to the store would be one way to resolve this, from experience, I know taking a small child along isn’t necessarily ideal.
