I bought an iPad Mini 6 in store and realized when I got home that it's cheaper on Amazon. I chatted with a Best Buy agent and she said that she applied a refund of the difference to my original payment method and that it may take 1 billing cycle to receive.
However, I never received a refund confirmation email (I did get the chat transcript).
I just want to make sure that I will get the price match refund before the deal goes away on Amazon. Is there any way I can get the refund confirmation? Should I try submitting the price check through my order history where it indicates Return and Support options and select price match?
