Dent in new refrigerator offered 8.4% discount

I ordered an Amana refrigerator on 6/1 the delivery guys left it at my home wobbly and advised it can not be fixed. I ordered another Amana it was delivered also defective with water leaking inside the freezer. Third time sent Amana refrigerator back and received a Frigidaire refrigerator dented on delivery. I didnt notice until after delivery. I was not expecting another damaged item from Best Buy. A customer representative from CA advised she could an offer a $75 credit for $899 refrigerator on sale. I advised most all places offer 10%. Its not the money it's the principle. I am upset because this is the third time since June 1 where my order has not been satisfied. I am very upset the rep only offered 8% and no sympathy for the third refrigerator that has been delivered.
