Denied refund no help.

Hey we got a tablet for 433.05. We didnt realize it didnt wotk with the s pen so we returned it unopenedwith receipt. After we left the store about an hour later our bank denied the refund due to a card issue and sent the money back to best buy. We called and talked to the bank the bank started the money was denied and sent back so we had to contact best buy. We called and someone told us to have them void the return and return it again. Best buy refused to do it because it was passed the 10 minute window. Our bank said it is out of their hands and so did best buy. We would just like to get our money back. Our bank is opening an investigation but best buy wont help up. This is ridiculous and the customer service specialist wouldnt get a manager to help us either.

Is there a corprate number i can call about this?

Best buy possess the tablet so its only fair we get the refund right?

It sounds like your bank is at fault for this.

But my bank refunded them the money so how would i get it back from bestbuy since my bank doesn't have it

Credit cards go thru a couple different merchant services between best buy and the bank. Its possible that best buy doesnt have the money ether.
You should wait until a moderator can respond asking for more information. This may take a bunch of research to sort out.
