When making a larger purchase, it’s important to pick the right product that gets the job done and meets each of your needs. I imagine I would be quite unhappy if I were to discover a physical defect on my brand-new television.
Newer TVs are extremely delicate and can sustain damage easily if they are handled or transported incorrectly. We typically recommend having a Best Buy delivery team handle your item so that we can assist with obtaining a replacement if it is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery. With apologies, our Return & Exchange Promise states that we are not able to offer a return or exchange for damaged items if they are transported home without the help of a Best Buy team.
