My recent business purchase of a 50" Roku TCL TV was damaged on delivery (box was clearly damaged, and TV screen was fractured when we turned it on). However, I didn't learn any of this until after the return window of 14 days -- which seems ridiculously short for electronics. They are refusing to do anything about this. So if I buy a $3k fridge and it falls apart on day 15, bestbuy's response is "sorry, better luck next time?" Ridiculous. Won't be shopping here again.
