Hello all,
Trying to help my brother out; yesterday he purchased a laptop from his local store for a job at his university. When he got home and opened the box; what was inside was was a broken older laptop. Once he opened it and inspected the computer, it was very clear the box had been tampered with. As soon as he noticed this - he went right back to the store, and they refused to let him return it / accused him of tampering with it which is not the case.
What can he do??? He's been trying to get a hold of someone to have a conversation, and has had much difficulty.
