Re: Damaged/Used "New" item

I've never had to pickup a fridge before but I am curious did you haul it away yourself and install it? If the item was in the condition you described, that would be considered an open box item which should be disclosed to you at the time of purchase. Typically customers prefer to choose delivery from Best Buy to their residence which comes with basic support and transportation which allows you to review an item and if it looks off in any way you could refuse the delivery and call Best Buy support to get another one out to your house.

Re: Damaged/Used "New" item

Good Morning, vela2053.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community Forums. Receiving an item that is in pristine condition is important, especially if it is a brand new in box product. I certainly understand how you would be feeling after receiving a refrigerator that did not match that description. I am happy to look into this further on your behalf. Please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and order number.

Kindest regards,
