I just purchased a 65" television which was delivered to my apartment by Best Buy. When I opened the box I noticed some of the styrofoam was broken; after setting up the television I saw there was a crack in the screeen where the broken styrofoam had been. Is this returnable or exchangeable? I've read other posts that say Best Buy usually doesn't make concessions for cracked screens, but in this case it looks like it was a direct result of faulty packaging.

Good afternoon, SeanCabaniss,
Welcome to our community forums. I know I would be excited to get a new TV so I can understand your surprise to discover this damaged when setting up your TV. As nckhammond mentioned, we'll help you get a replacement product if your order was damaged in transit. Have you been able to get assistance with this since making this post? Please let us know!
