Damaged LG 70" TV

I hope this email finds you well. I did not want to go to the extent of writing to you however, I am very disappointed at the way things are being handled. I took advantage of the Best Buy Memorial Day Sale from Lanham, MD 20706 (Store #1776) and purchased a Samsung 75" and also a LG 70" television for my new build single family home on 5/29/22.  Due to the fact that I was still in the process of moving, I waited to open the LG TV until today since I started to furnish my children's play area and this is where I planned on mounting the television. The TV was delivered straight to my new home and has been in the same location until today. I had already mounted the Samsung TV since that was meant for the main living room, however, to my disappointment, I realized the LG TV was cracked as I began to unbox it .As soon as I realized the damage that was done, I went to the store in person and was given the run around with no available assistance. I also called the 1-888-BEST-BUY number and again, not much help was provided and was transferred numerous times to different departments. The case number provided to me was

Please I really want this issue to be resolved in a timely manner and for this television to be swapped out . I spent about $2000+ this day and was really excited to get this TV mounted today. I am not a new Best Buy customer and have spent thousands of dollars within your company. It really disappoints me that I have to go to this extent as I received no empathy from your employees and your customer care support. I am hoping you can assist me with this matter. Please find attached my receipt and images of the tv. I am available for a phone call to address as well.

Purchasing a TV is a very exciting thing. I would be disappointed if my TV was damaged. I would be happy to take a closer look.
