A new TV for your newly remodeled home would be wonderful, so it’s disappointing to hear that your Samsung TV has been damaged. I know I would be upset if a piece of tech I was excited about didn’t work.
Currently, our Return & Exchange Promise requires products to be returned in a like-new condition and items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return. Beyond this, most products and customers have a 15-day window to return items, though Elite and Elite Plus My Best Buy members have an extended window of 30 and 45 days respectively for most items.
