Customer service.

I went in to Best Buy to purchase a computer at 6pm on a Monday night. The computer was $549. I asked the sales person how long that price is valid for. He informed me it was Monday and they change the prices ever Sunday evening. He said that price would be the same till next Monday. So I walked in the store the next day and saw the price was $699. I had taken a picture of the price when I was there the previous night. So I asked to speak to a manager and he came over. I told him what had happened and he said he can’t and won’t give me that price. I called customer service and corporate offices and got the same answer. I was angry at this point because if I had been given proper information from store associate I would have bought it then. The front store staff really didn’t want to hear about the problem but instead said their prices change as competitors change which can be instantly. There was no customer service at all on display at all during this whole experience. I can assure you, I will not be shopping at Best Buy ever again. I will tell my experience to everyone I know. This was one of my worst experiences in retail which I worked in for 15 years.
