Customer service does not exist at BB

How our new (in store) purchase of a refrigerator has been dealt with is absolutely appaling!

An absolute disgrace,. Totally unacceptable and this needs dealt with urgently.

6 hours+ in total trying to resolve with their “customer service team” over the phone, we give up.
Managers in customer service team say they don’t have any authority and manager in store told us it’s not in their hands.

Rude, intimidating, unhelpful, delivery drivers who think it’s OK to leave a customers old fridge in middle of kitchen (after using a hammer to take fridge handle off) and without telling us drive off with our new fridge, no warning.

Rescheduled delivery for today, we were given notification that the fridge was due to be delivered at 1pm (again let down, no sign of delivery) food out the fridge AGAIN
No sign of any delivery, 6pm message ur delivery was cancelled!!
More phone calls to customer service, going round in circles!

Who do we speak to who is actually not a robot or a manager who passes on the blame to the store?

Does customer service exist with Best Buy?

Can you confirm we can resolve an issue in store WW bought it or will the blame be passed on again?

I want this addressed ASAP, this whole process is a joke and an embarrassment <br>I’m sick of speaking with managers who prob use you for one thing then pass you onto someone else.<br>I want a huge refund off this refrigerator for the stress this has caused for me and my family <br><br>You offer 10% for compensation, that is an insult! <br>The amount of time we have spend dealing with this is u heard of, hours and hours <br><br>Let me know when you will stop taking advantage and treat your customers properly
