Customer service at Midlothian Virginia location

I just bought my first home and wanted to get a new tv for the living room. Went into the Midlothian Virginia location because this is the only location that had the tv I wanted in stock. I waited for 30 minutes just to get help. Then I asked the manager was anyone back in the tv section to help. He sent Omar to come assist me and my fiancée. He was very rude. He made us feel as if he didn’t wanna help us and even told us that the tv wanted wouldn’t fit in the SUV. He also pushed the tv all the way upfront instead of getting a cart like all the other employees did. Something told us to work with someone else and guess what? The TV fit in the SUV, And the manager Chris and Cameron were very helpful. They got the tv into the car with no attitude and made sure we didn’t have any questions. Kudos to them for turning this situation around but Omar does not need to work somewhere he doesn’t wanna be. One rude employee can make somebody’s day ruined. He is the reason I would ever shop at this location ever again. Customer service pin: {removed per forum guidelines}
