Customer service assistance

Please help, I'm in need of customer service assistance and none of the avenues that are provided to me are panning out.

I purchased a damaged TV from you within the last 15 days, and your store in Paradise Valley Arizona is refusing to take it back. The TV arrived damaged out of the box. This is awful customer service. I have been sitting on hold for hours, I have reached out to be a Facebook, and explored every avenue. This shouldn't be this difficult.

You sold me damaged merchandise, as a company, you should be taking care of this. Please advise on how you are going to correct the situation.

If you picked the TV up and transported it your self they will only return the TV they can determine from inspection it was not damaged by you during transportation and unboxing. If it was delivered and or shipped by best buy you can call them to come pick it up.
