Customer serivice survey

Hi - if I received an email regarding our recent purchase experience it was accidentally deleted.  Please give kudos to Craig at Best Buy store #249.  He was great at helping us with the purchase of 2 TV's on 12/16/21.  He was clearly knowledgeable and helped us choose a replacement TV as well as an additional small one for our bedroom.  He made it a painless experience and we appreciate his help!
