I am very pleased to provide a positive feedback regarding my recent purchase of a HP laptop and customer experience at bestbuy.
I am extremely pleased with the service and care I was given. Specifically I would like to mention about two people, Avery and Temeka at the Emeryville (California) Best buy store who helped me to have great customer experience . Temeka was very kind, patient. I was fortunate that she attended me at the busy timing of the black friday week and she guided me with comparisions which helped me to decide on the laptop model. She also introduced me to Mr. Avery at the geeksquad service. He was very understanding, enthusiastic and helped me to get a wonderful deal with the bundle of the geek squad membership along with the laptop purchase on the black friday sale and patiently answered all my questions.
Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and customer experience t the bestbuy. I specifically want to thank both Avery and Temeka for their exemplary customer service. People like them make customer experience a great experience to go to Best buy again for more potential purchases.
