Customer Service

I purchased a brand new Xbox last month and when we plugged it in it was stuck on a restart screen but never restarted or did anything, literally stuck. When I went to register the unit on Xbox website to troubleshoot I was informed this unit’s warranty expired in 2019. How could this possibly be when we just purchased this new?? I doubled check serial number on box it came in and even more surprised to see it was different than the console serial number! So I take back to store and they refused to return it, which is absolutely ridiculous! I could of just returned it without saying anything but I wanted to be honest and they actually implied that I switched the Xbox’s! They said there was nothing they could do for me and I had to call corporate. So I did and have been going in circles with them in how to get this returned. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and will be taking my business elsewhere
