Customer Service unmotivated employees

Went to BB store a few weeks ago near Dublin Ohio. Walked around store for 45 minutes, no-one approached me to ask if I needed help. Sales clerks are all young, clearly unmotivated. They were sitting on chairs chatting.

Then went to another store, in Columbus. Entered store was approached by young man who offered to help. He looked completely indifferent, almost like a zombie. I asked for a small accessory item, and he walked me over to where these were displayed. Again, the zombie act.

Is this the best you can do?

Re: Customer Service unmotivated employees

Hello, Melchior,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out about your recent store experiences. I can understand not getting the assistance that you were looking for isn't a welcome experience.

I'd like to look into this with you and see if I can help at all. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and specific details on what stores you visited and the dates? To send the private message, you can use the button in my signature below.

Sincerely,
