I visited best buy on Fletcher pkwy el cajon. I purchased the wrong ink, I was confused about the correct ink Mariam in the spiderman group was helpful she took the tim to explain the ink.i appreciate her professionalism willing to help. She is a great example of great customer service.

That's great to hear. On the bottom of your receipt there may be a link to a customer satisfaction survey with a customer pin you use to fill it out. They love the great feedback there as well! Of course these forums are not just for help with customer issues, they are also for asking questions about technology and other products before purchase so if you have any questions and may need some immediate answers, check here first.

As a consumer myself, I always try to recognize those who provide me with great service, so I understand why you’d want to do the same. It sounds like Miriam was able to help you get the ink you needed, which is great to hear.
