Hi there,
I've been wanting to leave feedback from my recent experiences at my Best Buy store, however, the surveys are not available on my receipt or via email.
The Customer Service Pin from my recent shopping trip is {removed per forum guidelines}. I shop at the Best Buy in Blaine, store #11.
I started shopping at this Best Buy January of 2019 when my husband and I moved to the area. Every purchase we have made has been with Ladarius. He works in the Home Theater section of the store. He is WONDERFUL! An absolute joy.
I hope to see him every time I shop. He has sold us two TVs now, a vacuum, two gaming systems, and most recently two pairs of head phones. He is knowledable, helpful, and has a ton of charisma. He is also very genuine and remembers past conversations. Keep him around as long as you can!
