About a week and a half ago (on February 22, 2019) I visited the Culver City location to dicuss the repair and delivery of a sound bar I had purchased. Despite several store visits, phone calls to and from the store and service center, emails from the service center, and my grievances expressed to the customer service represenatives and geek squad agents, I was the one left to suffer the consequences of several mistakes made by people working for Best Buy. With that said, I would like to file a complaint with corporate. Please let me know how I may do so instead of writing the entire story out here.
