Customer Service Complaint

Today, I went to the Barboursville, WV Best Buy location to purchase a new sweeper. When I went to go check out, there were no employees at any of the check out stations. Except there were two people at the Customer Service station so that is where I went. The lady that was there did not acknowledge me at all, and then the gentleman walked out and rudely asked if I had a return. I said no, I have a purchase and he just looked at me and then hesitantly walked over to the screen. He was very unhelpful, and just overall rude.

I never write complaints, and although this might just seem petty, the rudeness and lack of customer service needs to be noted.
