I bought a Microsoft Surface Book 3 today at the store in Scarsdale, NY, and I have to say I received excellent support.


Keron {removed per forum guidelines} went out of his way to show me everything I wanted to know about the item, compared it with Lenovo and other options I had, and helped me decide on the very computer I'm typing this on right now.


He helped me get the best possible deal as well, including renewing the GeekSquad Tech Support plan I had let lapse, and really helped me from beginning to end in what can be a very confusing experience.


He is an excellent employee and should receive every possible adulation. I will definitely come back and ask for him personally the next time I need any help in Best Buy.
