Hello I placed an order for curbside pickup and then realized it was the wrong store after I was waiting for 15-20 min. and left. The order though was reported as picked up even though I never got to the correct store.
I already tried IM customer support and they just recommended that I go back to the store and ask them to review surveilance footage.
I'd really just like to cut my loses with a refund, please advise.

I'm a big fan of store pickup because it's so convenient, I know if I were in your shoes I would be quite confused to receive an email that your order was picked up only to be empty handed. I appreciate you reaching out to us and would be glad to see how I may be able to help you with this.
As the agent you previously spoke to mentioned, the store where you were scheduled to pick up this order would be best suited to assist you. Have you been able to get in touch with them since making this post? If not, I would be glad to reach out to the management team at this store on your behalf so we can take a closer look into this.

Thanks Andrew B - I tried calling the store and got routed to general customer support and was on hold for about 20 more min. before I gave up. If you can reach out to the local store management, I'd really appreciate it.
