Hi, so I made a mistake with buying a game in the leadup to when I would be picking up my PS5, turned out that the store I ordered it for ended up getting the pickup ready two days earlier than I expected so I went out and said "Hey I'm at the store" on both orders. I pick up the PS5 and lo and behold, turns out I screwed up and the game I bought was at another best buy that was approximately 50ish miles away from the one I was at, I checked my phone and the game was marked as picked up in spite of the fact that I literally couldn't be over at that store and I hadn't sent anyone to pick it up. I tried calling support and was on hold for an hour before getting someone and they tried to call the store but they didn't pick up, I haven't been able to go to the store because of a variety of reasons for the past couple days, and my order is still listed as picked up, what do I do about this? I just want my money back or to have them ship the game directly to me at this point
