I submitted an order on August 22, 2020 for curbside pick up at Best Buy Sharpstown. I was planned on going today after work to pick it up but I got an email that it is showing as picked up yeterday at 4:01pm but I was at work at that time. Are they not checking IDs and credit cards? How is this possible? I've looked on this forum and it looks like this happens often. What should I do to get this resolved? Should I go to the store and see what they say? Looks like other people on forums aren't getting much help at the store from the managers. I really need to pick up this order or I need a refund for this as soon as possible.
