I submitted an order on November 24, 2020 for curbside pick up at Best Buy Goleta. I was planned on going on Friday 11/27/2020 to pick it up but I got an email that it is showing as picked up today at 8:23pm but I was at home at that time. I am the only person listed for pick up Are they not checking IDs and credit cards? How is this possible? I've looked on this forum and it looks like this happens often. What should I do to get this resolved? Should I go to the store and see what they say? Looks like other people on forums aren't getting much help at the store from the managers. I really need to pick up this order or I need a refund for this as soon as possible. What you can do to secure the pick up system. I need a solution as soon as possible.
