Best Buy Store Purchase

I bought a cricket wireless refill card for $60 yesterday at BestBuy,IL physical location. In opening  silver label on the back of the refill card  some numbers scratched off and are not readable. Bestbuy receipt has serial number listed but not the PIN. 

What options do I have? Do I need to contact BestBuy or Cricket Wireless? Can this be resolved online? If not  can this be resolved in store?
