Credits / purchase

Bought dishwasher in Dec and paid for it then. Delivery was scheduled for 12/16 and BB called that day and put it out to mid-January. Meanwhile we knew we were getting credits so we purchased a smart watch 01 /04 ON THE PROMISE of an employee in the Oro Valley AZ store that when we received our credits to just come back in and the credits could be applied to the watch. Went today 1/22 and the store said we can't apply the credits AND we can't return the watch as outside of the 2-week policy. Ripped off any way I look away it.
