I bought a Beats X heatdset on April 29, 2018 during my Florida holiday. I live in Barcelona, Spain, and paid by debit card.
They suddenly stopped working last friday. Got in touch with Tech support, and they diverted me to a local shop around here, where the system shows a purchase date prior to my actual payment (over a month!) / entry to the US date.
So they're asking for a receipt, which i don't have, to proceed according to the guarantee and verify what the purchase date is

I'm already itching to go back! On to more pressing matters, I was unhappy to hear that your Beats headphones have started to give you some problems after only one year.
