Recognition of Northridge store # 1180 computer dept. manager Brenton {removed per forum guidelines}.
We've been a best buy elite customer and shopping from your Northridge store for the past ten years. We've always received a great service over the years and I would like the add on the list above named manager as well. Recently we purchased an open item computer which didn't work properly afterwards. Brenton was more than happy to check with other stores in order to replace my computer in a timely manner. He even volunteer to pick up the replacement computer himself in order to quickly resolve the issue. When all options have failed he was able to give us a best deal on the same computer in closed box. We will continue to buy from Best Buy as long as people like Brenton working for you.
