I would like to complement a store employee at the Christiana Delaware store. I purchased an IPad and Jasmine spent quite a bit of time helping me transfer from an older IPad model. The process itself was slow, not in any way reflecting the attention and knowledge of Jasmine.
again, I want to tell her that employee assistance is one of the things that brick and mortar stores have over mail order. Price matching of Best Buy, also a plus.
