Complaint

I am not very happy with the purchase of a Galacy S8 because the clerk gave me a phone with the box open. He put the goods in the bag without telling me anything. I only realized that the seal was violated (open package) when I saw in another store as it comes from the factory. I was deluded that I bought a new phone and apparently received one already used. Is there anything I can do about it?

Welcome to the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community! Noticing your phone may not have been sealed is surely frustrating. I’d be happy to see how I can assist you further.

 

Open-box items are clearly marked with a red sticker. I’m sorry to hear that you think you might have been provided a phone that was activated prior. Have you discuss your concerns with your local Best Buy that you picked-up your phone at? Moving forward that would be the best option available at this time.
