The west Hollywood store salesperson NICOLAS {removed per forum guidelines} LIED TO ME AND MADE ME ORDER Whirlpool 21.4 Side-by-Side Refrigerator on Aug 3 that best buy DID NOT HAVE, telling me he had direct connection with whirlpool and he could have them send it to me and made me SIGN UP for a credit card too.
I kept waiting for 2 weeks and when i called customer service on Aug 17 they had no idea of this situation.
West hollywood store manager FRANCISCO {removed per forum guidelines} refused to give me any email or number to file a complaint and canceled my order.
They are scamming customers to order products that are not available and making them sign credit cards to get commissions.
Where can i file an official complaint?

He made me sign up for a credit card to avail offer for purchasing the refrigerator that wasn't in stock. He said he could talk to whirlpool and have it delivered.
When i called geek squad 2 weeks later for this they had no clue how he sold something that was never there. If i hadnt called i would just be waiting for it to arrive.
The manager is the worst. Rude and refused to give me any email address or number to compliant.
I called 1800BESTBUY all they said was give feedback through website which has no record or paper trail of filing the complaint.
I need an email address to file a complaint.

Are you telling me that best buy doesn't have any email to give a formal complaint? What if its a more serious issue?
That seems very convinient to have no paper trail. How many people will actually sign up and post on a forum. It took me two weeks to find a solution before i got to know of this forum.
Yes "made me" because he told me the product was available (when it wasn't) and said he could talk to the manufacturer and get it deliverd. And said if i signed up for a credit card i could avail an offer. So yes made me buy something that wasn't there at the first place!!! Otherwise i would have gone to another store and bought it.
So the whole system is incorrect? Basically i am buying an item that best buy may or may not have!!! Why misguide the custmer. Just tell that upfront that there is a possibility that you may never get the item and i will go ahead and buy from a store that is honest.
