Complaint against store

This is a complaint against store #1412.

I went to pick up my purchases at this store 20-25 minutes before closing. I checked in as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, sat there all the way until 8PM, another employee started turning off the light and closing the door, yet, no one bringing my purchases out. I am ended up leaving the store empty handed, and canceled the order, might as well do business with other place that actually cares. If y'all don't want to do curbside pick up anymore, get rid of that feature, stop leading people on and wasted people time.
