Complaint about excessive in store line times

Hi, I would like an email for a formal complaint of the resource mangement at the Anaheim/ Fullerton location, 

123 E Orangefair Mall, Fullerton, CA

on. I would prefer to not list out names of people on an open formu so a private message or email would allow me to voice my isssue with a particular manager at this store.

I am confused, are there too many people in line , or just in general the wait time is long?


In accordance with COVID - 19 regulations, all stores are exercising precautions for the safety of its customers and may have limited checkout lines to protect customers and reduce crowding. This may result in a longer wait time.


Also, due to the pandemic the store may be short staffed as employees excercised their rights to keep safe by staying at home to protect their family.

Maybe BestBuy can get those electronic gizmos that you pay extra for at amusement parks so you don't have to wait in line Smiley Happy

@nckhammond Dude, I would totally pay extra for a FastPass! You should toss that over on the IdeaX forum, not sure it would get proper attention if I did it since I'm an employee.

I am a Best Buy Employee, but the views that I post are my own and not that of Best Buy.
