Complaint about customer service

Yesterday, I picked up 43” inch LG 4K UHD from Best Buy Jersey city.
I unboxed the Tv and there was no power cord in it. I called the customer service and they were like to bring the tv again. I asked them that can I show the bill and pick up the power cord but they were like no it’s not a big deal you can bring the TV. It’s just 43” inch TV. This is the first electronic shop that I have seen giving tv with no power cord. It’s a humble request that please accept my complaint and please deliver the power cord to my home address. I am waiting for the response. I hope Best Buy doesn’t lose there customers.
