I went to the Best Buy store in Monroe, LA to buy a Samsung Galaxy watch, a new 4K TV and a new surround sound system. After standing in the cell phone department for around 30 minutes without being helped or even greeted (the store was not busy at all and it was at least 4 hours before closing) I left the store to see several employees standing at the front desk goofing off. Since this is not the first time this has happened at this store, you have lost a sale and my business.
