Complaint Best Buy Snellville , GA

This was the worst customers service experience ever. I pulled up to curbside pick-up and the Best Buy walks up to vehicle after I checked in. I showed him my order confirmation check-in and he walks off with the bag. (Not a big deal so I thought). He comes back outside about 5 minutes later with a bag and I knew the bag would be mine since I was the only person waiting that had not pulled up after he walked inside (so o thought). Not only was it not my curbside order but someone elses order that checked in after me, the associate had an attitude and was rude when my husband tapped the horn to get his attention to ask was he looking for the space with the earliest order.

When I went inside the store, Osman was very nasty and was not helpful. He showed no empathy for my frustration and the inconvenience for having to come into the store when I expected curbside service. I told him the associate came across as racist because he saw I was a person of color and did not want to service me because of my race. He became belligerent and defensive and said he will not let me say such things. The entire experience was horrific. This store has numerous complaints about their customer service and I would like to know if the experiences of the complainants are based on racially charged experiences.
