On 7/31/17 I bought a Samsung Galaxy S8+ during the $300 off promotion. The store charged me full price and when I realized it was to late to return. I have been working with the store manager and they said the issue is with Verizon. Called Verizon and they explained how the promotions work. They further explained on how it was processed incorrectly through best buy beast system and they cannot access it. Called back to the store manager and have been getting a run around for 2 months now. I am very displeased and makes me never want to shop with best buy again and it makes me want to let other people why not to shop with best buy mobile. So buyer beware the stores done care and will just give you the run around and not truly care about screw ups.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize that you’ve had such a difficult time with your phone purchase, and that the folks at your local store haven’t been able to help you get this resolved.
Generally speaking, when a phone is on sale like this the discount will be applied to your monthly bill through your carrier. I’d very much like to take a look into this purchase for you to see if there’s anything we can do to help you out. What I’ll need from you is a copy of your purchase information.
