Today, close to close of business, I went to the Garland best buy to purchase an RCA cable. I had been in last Saturday and purchased a small TV and an Audiquest cable for my stereo. Today, I just needed a regular cable. I searched through the audio/video section but could not find it. I then ran into the Sale Associate who helped me Saturday, a young Ukrainian woman who wore a cat face mask.
Not only did she show me the Insignia cable I was looking for, she remembered that there was an open box of this item in another part of the store. Now that is ledgendary customer service. Please make this lady aware that I really appreciated her extra effort!
