Claim from another country

Good afternoon, I have had a problem with a product that I bought in one of your stores, the thing is that during my trip to the USA in December 2021 I bought a webcam for my computer, I only opened it a few days ago in the month of February 2022 being here in Lima, Peru; and when I tried to use it it did not work for me, I tried everything in case it was a configuration error but finally it turned out that it was broken, I would like to know how I can claim to have the damaged device exchanged for one in good condition if I am in another country.

Reclamo desde otro país

Buenas tardes, se me ha presentado un inconveniente con un producto que compré en una de sus tiendas, lo que pasa es que durante mi viaje a Estados Unidos en diciembre del 2021 compré una cámara web para mi computadora,  la abrí recién hace unos días en el mes de febrero del 2022 estando aquí en Lima, Perú; y cuando la intenté usar no me funcionaba, intenté de todo por si era un error de configuración pero finalmente resultó que estaba malograda, me gustaría saber como puedo reclamar para que me cambien el aparato dañado por uno en buen estado si me encuentro en otro país.
