Re: Check if a product is available in store

Hello Dergo32,

Thank you for posting!

One of my favorite part of BestBuy.com is our Store Pickup option. Not only do you get to save, but you can send it right to the store and pick it up at your convenience within the allotted time.

When on the site, you select the item you want, under the “Add to Cart” button, you will see “Want it faster? Pick it up at your local store”. Also, here is some more info on how to use our Store Pickup.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have further questions.

Regards,

Re: Check if a product is available in store

Hello, KimFrederickPrice,

As my friend Deysha mentioned, when selecting in-store pickup on an item, it will show if it is available immediately (it'll usually say Order now and pickup in 1 hour) or, if it's not readily available, it'll give you a time frame on when they can have it ready by. You can alter this simply by changing your zip code in the search options and you can find out if any local stores also have it, too.

Best,

They did answer it, they are just beating around the bush like any annoying store associate.

Re: Check if a product is available in store

Why do you have to beat around the bush? If someone asks a question, give them a direct answer and that's it. They didn't ask about "your favorite part of BestBuy.com" They simply asked how to check local product availability. When you throw in all of that fluff before the answer, you make it easy for the average person to miss the answer. Cut the crap!

My last response was to Deysha for the poor answer. I clicked quick reply to her post, but instead it made my response ambiguous to who I was talking to. What a terrible web interface.

Re: Check if a product is available in store

Why is it so wrong to be personable and share that it’s their favorite part of the website? This was not always possible and was added after feedback from customers and employees alike. I also like it.

Also, someone resurrected this post from the grave....It is 2 1/2 almost 3 years old.
I am a Best Buy Employee, but the views that I post are my own and not that of Best Buy.
