I was told that since since my purchase was over $800 with cash, I would receive a check. Is there any way to track status of my check?

Welcome and thank you for reaching out to us! It sounds like you made a fairly large purchase with us, and I'm sorry to hear it didn't work out. 

Per our Return & Exchange Promise, if you paid more than $800 by cash or debit card without a major credit card logo, or more than $250 by check, you would receive a check by mail for your refund. You should receive this within 10 business days of your return. 

If you're beyond this time frame, please don't hesitate to send me a private message and we'll be happy to take a closer look at things. If not, please allow this time frame to receive the check.
