Charged twice at the same product

I made a purchase of $502.18 (an iPad and a case for it), paid both of them at the same time with my debit card and, at first, I choose to have a curbside pickup for both, but decided to change it and asked for separate forms of shipment - a curbside pickup for the iPad and a regular shipment to my address for the case. Hours after the first payment and the change of shipment, I got charged again for the case ($37.44), even though I had already paid for it in the first amount of $502 dollars. How can I solve the problem and have it refund?

I am thinking that in order to accomodate your request you were charged for another item but in the final bill for the original order the correct amount should settle. This is not the case all the time and may require the help of the CS center or a BBY mod to fix this.

As someone who keeps a very close eye on my bank account I can understand your concern to see a duplicate charge shortly after completing your order. I'd be glad to provide some more details on how the ordering process works as well as check on your order.

 

When placing an order on our website we place an authorization hold on your account. This is generally removed within two to three days automatically. Once your order has been picked up or shipped we will charge your account for price of the product.
